Mango Custard Recipe


                                 
Ingredients:
 custard:

    2 cup milk.
    3 tbsp custard powder.
    ¼ cup sugar.
    ¼ cup milk.

    ¾ cup mango cubes.
    3 tbsp pomegranate.
    6 grapes chopped.
    ¼ apple chopped.
    3 tbsp mango neatly chopped.
    2 tbsp almond chopped.
    2 tbsp pistachios chopped.
    2 tbsp cashew chopped.
    ¼ tsp cardamom powder.

Instructions:

     Take a large kadai boil 2 cup milk stirring occasionally.

    pour the custard milk stirring continuously.

    mix for 2 minutes or until custard milk is all around joined with milk.

     add ¼ cup sugar and stir well.

    cook on low fire for 10 minutes or until milk thickens and turns smooth.

    cool the mixture completely.

     add ¾ cup mango pulp.

    whisk smooth until custard and mango mash is all around joined.

    Now add fruits, dry fruits and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.

    mix well until fruits are well combined.

    cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

     enjoy yummy  mango custard chilled topped with more dry fruits.
