Kaju Paneer Masala Recipe

Fixings

2 tbsp oil

12 3D square paneer/curds

2 tbsp cashew/kaju

1 tsp spread

1 inlet leaf

3 cloves/lavang

2 unit cardamom/elachi

1 tsp cumin/jeera

1 onion finely hacked

1 tsp ginger garlic glue

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp kashmiri red stew powder

1 tsp coriander powder

¼ tsp cumin powder

¼ tsp garam masala

1 tsp salt

1½ cup tomato puree

2 tbsp cashew glue

2 tbsp cream/malai

¼ cup water

1 tsp kasuri methi squashed

2 tbsp coriander finely hacked

Directions

right off the bat, in a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 12 3D shapes paneer till it changes shading somewhat.

keep the cooked paneer aside.

in a similar oil fry 2 tbsp cashew until it turns brilliant earthy colored.

presently include 1 tsp spread and saute 1 straight leaf, 3 cloves, 2 cases cardamom and 1 tsp cumin.

include 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic glue and saute until it turns brilliant earthy colored.

further keeping the fire on low, include ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp stew powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp garam masala and 1 tsp salt.

saute on low fire until it turns fragrant.

include 1½ cup tomato puree and blend well. to plan tomato puree, mix 3 aged tomatoes to smooth glue.

spread and bubble for 10 minutes or until the oil separate from sides.

further, include 2 tbsp cashew glue and saute until oil isolates.

likewise, include 2 tbsp cream and cook on low fire.

presently include ¼ water and blend well changing consistency as required.

moreover, include singed paneer, cashew and blend well.

spread and stew for 3 minutes or until the flavors are very much assimilated.

additionally, include 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander. blend well.

at long last, appreciate kaju paneer masala with roti or naan.
